The Challenge

The Inside Sales Representative role is a unique position that allows the right candidate to dive in to the worlds of Professional Services and Sales in today’s hottest industry: Cyber Security. In this hybrid role, you will work to create and enhance relationships with CBI’s clients through keen technical understanding and a passion to solve client needs. As the technical-mind of the sales team, you will engage with clients on an advisory level to connect CBI’s sales team and strategy team with business leads. On-the-job development includes training and mentorship from both senior strategists and senior sales gurus.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Practice Managers within Advisory Services to learn Cyber Security positioning and value propositions
• Work with the Professional Services and Sales team to generate leads and business opportunities
• Generate prospective clients though cold calling, emails, and marketing events
• Build existing and new client relationships as a trusted technical advisor

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

• High energy, passion, and ability to learn cyber security concepts on a technical level
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, or a call center
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
